We are looking for a “Global Market Analyst” to join our "Medical Care : Strategy, Market Research & Business Intelligence" Team in Paris.
Pierre Fabre provides therapeutic solutions to treat different types of cancer:
- melanomas by oral targeted therapy
- lung cancers by intravenous or oral chemotherapy
- breast cancers by intravenous, oral chemotherapy, or oral targeted therapy
- bladder cancers by intravenous chemotherapy
Reporting to the Strategy, Market Research & BI Director, you are the key player in generating, mining, analyzing and synthesizing data & insights for our oncology brands. This contribution is critical to the development of brands and customer/patient strategies and to driving business performance.
Such within the Global Market Research team for the Medical Care Business Unit, you will work directly with Oncology Innovation brand teams to generate insights oriented around the business questions the team needs to solve, based on either secondary analytics or primary sources of insights.
Forecasting:
- Supporting Oncology Innovation Franchise to define robust and accurate long term global and national net gross forecasts over the planning period, maintaining the demand-based/patient-driven brand forecasting tool with clear identification and quantification of changes versus prior submission and prior year.
- Ensure proactively all forecasts assumptions are fully documented and triangulated with external sources, proxies.
Secondary Analytics/Reporting:
- Develop and maintain monthly automated insightful reports that track, analyze and help drive performance at global & local level.
Partner with visualization and data teams to contribute to the design and enhancement of the KPIs. - Provide on-going monitoring and analysis of competitors as well as targeted competitive intelligence.
- Support development of annual Brand Planning (brand plan, brand reviews, deep dive exercises ….) consolidating primary and secondary insights and data.
Primary Market Research:
- On Oncology Innovation Franchise conduct qualitative and quantitative primary research projects with patients, physicians, patients, pharmacists, payers and other health care professionals.
- Manage the entire MR process: identify best market research techniques, best vendors, monitor recruitment, analyze/triangulate results and make strategic recommendations. Ensure the leveraging of MR insights by all internal customers.
Support Oncology Innovation franchise’s licensing in activities
- Partner with Oncology Innovation Franchise, and Corporate Business Development teams to define the sales potential of the screened asset (developing the patient build up forecasting model, ..)
- Your key stakeholders are; Oncology Innovation Franchise Management, Corporate Business Development, R&D team, Strategy & MR teams,
Digital Acceleration & Information Systems & Data Excellence center,
MR external providers.
Profil
Who Are We Looking For ?
Education
- B. SC in Life Sciences or Business School with a marketing specialization.
Experience
- At least 5 years of relevant experience.
- Marketing research and/or related marketing experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a must.
- Market Research & Market Analysis experience on consulting business is a big asset.
Skills
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, inquisitive mind
- Forecasting modelling
- Strong computer background with experience with MS-Excel-Word-PowerPoint, Tableau and ease for learning new programs.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Result driven
- Customer focus
- Transversal project management skills
Language
- French & English is a must.
